NextG Art Gallery

Yu Architecture serves as the Project Architect and handles the filing permits for the NextG Art Gallery, an art exhibition space designed by Y+Y Studio, located in Midtown Manhattan and currently under construction.

The permit application standards and process in NYC are quite complex. For this project, we obtained approvals for a total of six permits, including General Construction, Plumbing, Mechanical System, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, and Fence.

Our firm is based in the DMV area and also has a branch in New York. We offer architectural and interior design services in both New Jersey and New York.
