Fit an accessible ADU under 800 SF within a larger 1,150 SF addition while improving the existing first-floor living space.
02—OUR SOLUTION
Accessible living with expanded shared space
We planned the addition as an under-800 SF wheelchair-friendly ADU, while using the remaining area to expand the kitchen and first-floor living space. The result creates independent living flexibility and a more open, comfortable home for daily use.
