Add a three-car garage with an attic bedroom while resolving the floor-level differences between the existing house and the new addition without compromising usable headroom.

Acoustic buffering through vertical gardens
We carefully coordinated the new floor elevations, stair transitions, and attic geometry to create a smooth connection between old and new while maintaining comfortable ceiling heights in the bedroom.
