Adding space without overwhelming the house
A garage-top addition can easily make the garage feel oversized and visually dominate the main house if the new second floor is pushed too high.
02—OUR SOLUTION
A proportion-driven roof strategy
We used a sloped roof with dormers to control the massing, balance the facade, and show the client the final effect clearly through BIM-based 3D design.
