Maximizing rooms within code limits

The project needed to fit as many private treatment rooms as possible within the existing commercial space, while still maintaining comfortable room dimensions and meeting City of Rockville permit requirements.

02—OUR SOLUTION

An efficient and permit-ready layout

We developed a compact but functional floor plan that balances room count, circulation, fire egress, and usable treatment room sizes, helping the project move through the commercial permitting process.
