Designing for prefabrication from the start
The project aimed to test whether a large custom home in Fairfax could be built using a prefab construction approach. The design needed to consider repeated modules, installation logistics, and technical coordination long before construction.

A modular layout with coordinated building systems
We developed the house with standardized planning strategies, including repeated bathroom layouts and consistent dimensions to support prefabrication.
