Expanding upward within existing limits

Add a full second floor while preserving much of the existing structure, resolving low ceiling height, limited footprint, stair placement, and complex plumbing constraints.

02—OUR SOLUTION

A smarter vertical addition strategy

We raised the exterior walls, relocated the main stair, opened the first-floor layout, and coordinated technical systems to create a 3B2B second floor and secure Arlington County permit approval.
