Designing for repeatable construction
Create a clubhouse design that could be replicated across multiple developments, including mirrored layout versions, while fitting within the developer’s existing supply chain and standardized construction process.
02—OUR SOLUTION
A scalable clubhouse prototype
We developed a standardized clubhouse design with flexible left/right flip options, coordinated product selections, and construction-friendly details to support efficient rollout across multiple Wan Bridge communities.
